Description

You will design and lead the architecture of scalable, cloud-native .NET applications while mentoring development teams and defining engineering standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design resilient, secure, and scalable cloud-native applications using .NET 8+ and Azure services.
• Define engineering standards, technical roadmaps, and best practices for the department.
• Mentor 5–10 developers, conduct code reviews, and foster technical growth within the team.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years as a software architect.
• Advanced expertise in C#, .NET 8+, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Proven experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, AKS).
• Deep knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases (CosmosDB).
• Expert-level command of Microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and CQRS.
• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• 2+ years of direct experience managing or leading agile development teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced expertise in TypeScript for full-stack development.
