Description

Define and own the architecture for large-scale, cloud-based SaaS platforms using .NET and Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of complex .NET-based systems, leading design reviews and setting engineering standards.
• Design and develop critical components using C#, .NET Core, and REST APIs.
• Drive modernization of legacy applications to cloud-native Azure architectures.
• Lead complex refactoring, performance tuning, and reliability improvements.
• Partner with DevOps on deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and operational readiness.

Required Skills

• 10-15+ years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and enterprise application development.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Functions, SQL, Storage, Key Vault, Service Bus, and App Insights.
• Strong knowledge of .NET Core, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL Server / Azure SQL and data modeling.
• Proven experience using Claude as a primary engineering assistant for architecture, code generation, debugging, and documentation.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or similar AI tools to improve productivity.
• Ability to define practical, secure, and responsible AI usage patterns for engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in cloud architecture patterns, observability, resiliency, and cost optimization.
• Experience with complex system design balancing scalability, security, and performance.
