Description

Lead the architecture and design of complex application systems and integrations for Unemployment Compensation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Direct the technical architecture and design of application systems, ensuring robust integration patterns.
• Manage relational database implementations using Oracle and SQL Server, optimizing performance and data integrity.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership for UC systems, specifically uFACTS or CONNECT for RA Claims & Benefits.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total IT experience with 3+ years in architecture and application systems design.
• Proven track record in a lead technical role overseeing complex system designs.
• Expert proficiency in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET frameworks.
• Deep expertise in relational databases, specifically Oracle and SQL Server.
• Direct experience with Unemployment Compensation (UC) systems such as uFACTS or CONNECT.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within government sector environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio, TFS, and Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge of ORM programs (IBM FileNet, LLBLGen) and protocols (SOAP, WCF).
