Description

Lead the Custom Pharmacy Solutions development department, owning software strategy, SDLC, and application portfolio maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own analysis, design, development, and testing for all software solutions.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including internal and offshore consulting resources.
• Liaise with clients and business consultants to gather requirements and build technical solutions.
• Direct day-to-day operations, including resource scheduling, activity assignment, and performance evaluations.
• Establish software development methodologies, coding standards, and data modeling practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with a heavy focus on applications development.
• 5+ years managing technical teams within a consulting environment.
• Hands-on experience developing business-scale web applications.
• Proficiency in Azure Technologies and ASP .NET MVC.
• Strong background in .NET Core and Angular.
• Experience building REST Services and using Entity Framework Core.
• Deep knowledge of SQL Server and Azure SQL Server.

Preferred Skills

• Master of Science in Computer Science.
