Description

Design and implement complex computerized systems, defining component interactions, interfaces, and technology resources. This role plans and structures technology solutions to meet specific functional requirements while adhering to SDLC and Enterprise Architecture standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Oracle stored procedures, packages, triggers, and batch applications using .NET and Oracle.
• Build software using modern web development frameworks while adhering to IT governance processes.
• Communicate software requirements clearly to application development team members.
• Implement and test code following established project management methodologies.
• Define system architectures, including component breakdowns and interface design.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience defining system architectures.
• 7+ years in software development, support, and implementation for Workers’ Compensation Insurance policy administration.
• 7+ years in policy billing, collection, and quote processing for Workers' Compensation and Disability Insurance.
• 7+ years with Oracle PL/SQL (Packages, Types, Objects, Triggers, Advanced Queuing).
• 7+ years as a .NET application developer using TFS/Azure DevOps and Visual Studio (2019+).
• 7+ years in web browser application development using JavaScript, CSS, XML, XSLT, JSON, HTML, and AJAX.
• 3+ years with Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Enterprise Architecture standards and IT governance.
