Description

Lead the design and maintenance of .NET applications and cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Maintain .NET legacy applications interfacing with hardware like cameras, RFID readers, and GPIOs.
• Design scalable cloud-based applications using .NET and Azure PaaS technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and developers to design reliable solutions.
• Ensure the security, availability, and performance of Azure-based applications.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and document technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Proficient .NET development using C# and the .NET framework.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including App Service, Functions, Storage, and Azure SQL Database.
• Experience developing engineering products that interface with hardware and protocol stacks.
• Familiarity with IoT, IoT Hub, or IoT Edge solutions.
• Knowledge of system design consisting of multi-layer architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps and Git.
• Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.

Preferred Skills

• Awareness of Retail or Rental domains.
• Knowledge of RFID technology.
