Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications within a Scrum environment. This role owns the full lifecycle from architecture to production support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and document new and existing web applications.
• Monitor, review, and audit software performance to implement necessary improvements.
• Provide technical mentorship, training, and documentation to project staff and stakeholders.
• Contribute design approaches and implementation feedback during Scrum ceremonies.
• Support production environments and assist with troubleshooting as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development.
• Proficiency in C#.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core.
• Expertise in Entity Framework Core.
• Advanced SQL Server and T-SQL skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VueJS, Bootstrap, and frontend JavaScript development.
• Knowledge of SSIS, SSRS Reports, IIS, and Distributed Design Systems (SOA/Microservices).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD), Git, JIRA, and leading developer teams.
