Lead technical architecture and implementation for complex .NET and React JS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Transform business requirements into technical architectural solutions and program charters.
• Lead technical project teams through implementation, mentoring, and code reviews.
• Establish coding standards and create automated build and test environments.
• Define project scope through direct client interaction.
• Convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and development.
• Advanced proficiency in C# and object-oriented design patterns.
• Strong experience with React JS.
• Deep knowledge of .NET specifications and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Visual Studio.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology and the SDLC.
• Experience managing and leading technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office) for developing MS Office add-ins.
