You will lead the full software development lifecycle for internal and customer-facing applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test software solutions for clients and internal teams.
• Lead multiple cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
• Develop and manage integration strategies to automate business processes.
• Manage day-to-day operations, resource allocation, and project budgets.
• Coach and mentor team members to support professional growth.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with significant application development.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams, preferably in consulting.
• Expertise in .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC.
• Experience with Angular and REST Services.
• Proficiency with Azure and SQL Server.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core.
• Proven track record with business-scale web applications.
• Strong knowledge of application development methodologies and project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
