Description

Modernize applications and design Azure PaaS architectures for customer infrastructure needs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Modernize existing applications onto Azure PaaS platforms and manage the migration process.
• Design target-state Azure solution architectures based on specific customer infrastructure requirements.
• Analyze application dependencies and assess performance metrics before and after migration.
• Collaborate with Architects, Data Platform, DevOps, and Integration teams to drive cloud adoption.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with Azure strategy, covering business, infrastructure, and commercial value.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in development and application modernization.
• Hands-on web application development using .NET or C#.
• Expertise in hosting and configuring applications on IIS.
• Hands-on experience developing and hosting web applications on Azure PaaS platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of hosting containerized applications on Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, dependencies, and integrations.
• Proficiency with SQL and database connectivity configurations.
• Ability to design Azure Landing Zones.
