Description

You will lead the migration of legacy applications to Azure and the development of new microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and develop solutions for migrating legacy systems to the Azure cloud.
• Build and deploy microservices to replace monolithic architectures.
• Create detailed program design specifications for high-complexity user interfaces and backend processes.
• Collaborate with customers and product teams to implement application enhancements and new functionality.
• Execute cloud-based deployments using CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with .NET and C#.
• 3 years of experience with Azure Cloud and refactoring legacy applications for cloud migration.
• 5 years of experience within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in React, AngularJS, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML5.
• Experience building Web Services, specifically REST.
• Experience with GIT and integration/collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of database technologies, specifically NoSQL or MS Cosmos DB.
• Experience with developer testing practices such as JUnit or NUnit.
• Understanding of the differences between unit, functional, and system tests.
• Experience working within Agile software development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD).
