Description

You will modernize legacy .NET applications by migrating them to a modular, plug-in driven Azure platform. You own the refactoring, integration, and deployment of cloud-native components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing .NET applications to identify integration points and migration strategies.
• Refactor legacy codebases into modular, plug-in driven architectures on Azure.
• Implement Azure services including App Services, Functions, Service Bus, and Key Vault.
• Collaborate with architects and DevOps to build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Ensure low coupling, scalability, and high code quality through testing and reviews.

Required Skills

• 12+ years total experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (Framework/Core).
• Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Functions, Storage, Service Bus, and Key Vault.
• Deep understanding of modular and plug-in architecture patterns.
• Experience refactoring legacy applications for cloud readiness.
• Proficiency in REST API development, asynchronous programming, and dependency injection.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (ARM, Bicep, or Terraform).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
