Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, and deployment management.
• Collaborate with technical and product leadership to plan deliveries and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Review designs for production feasibility and oversee non-functional requirements, benchmarking, and profiling.
• Drive efficiency by instilling best practices across Agile teams and operations.
• Mentor team members and advocate for automation and continuous improvement practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT industry experience, including 5+ years in a services organization.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and Azure Data.
• Strong programming and design skills in Java, Python, or .NET environments.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres, Microsoft SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Proficiency in API and Web RWD/PWD development.
• Working knowledge of Elastic Search and Snowflake.
• Experience with Business Rules Engines such as Drools, Open Rules, or Salesforce.
• Practical application of Agile methodologies and Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading API and SDK development.
• Experience implementing rules engines and DevOps pipelines.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, NoSQL, and Azure Cloud integration.
