Description

Lead architecture, design, and technical delivery of enterprise-level applications in the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with industry standards.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across .NET, Angular, Python, and Azure environments.
• Guide engineering teams on coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Provide technical oversight for application modernization, API development, cloud migration, and integrations.
• Manage delivery activities including sprint planning, estimation, and release coordination.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Delivery Lead.
• Strong experience in banking or financial services, including lending or loan servicing systems.
• Deep expertise in .NET/C# application architecture.
• Experience with Angular for front-end development.
• Experience using Python for APIs, automation, or data workflows.
• Strong experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, API Management, Storage, SQL, DevOps).
• Proven experience leading distributed and offshore teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).
