Description

Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable .NET Core solutions on Azure, mentoring engineering teams and owning the full software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build performant, scalable full-stack applications using .NET Core and Azure services.
• Own the software development lifecycle from project inception and architecture planning through to release and production.
• Mentor engineers on software engineering best practices, design patterns, and code quality through reviews.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure proactive, predictable delivery and maintain high quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of architecture, tools, and processes across development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Strong proficiency in Azure Functions and other Azure platform services.
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core for data persistence.
• Proven ability to design and develop service layers, APIs, and frontend components.
• Experience mentoring engineering teams and leading technical projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Background in building operationally efficient, value-driven features.
