Description

You will design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade cloud applications on Azure, focusing on distributed systems and microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy scalable microservices using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Function Apps.
• Implement AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, including RAG pipelines, LLMs, and vector stores.
• Design and document REST APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger and manage API gateways via Azure APIM.
• Secure cloud-native systems by integrating SSO, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and JWT flows.
• Manage data persistence across Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and blob storage while optimizing backend performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of combined experience in Azure Cloud, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), containerization, and orchestration.
• Practical experience with Azure AI Foundry, RAG pipelines, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search.
• Proficiency in Azure services: API Management, Application Insights, Data Factory, and Storage.
• 5+ years designing microservices and 4+ years integrating identity providers with REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and graph/unstructured data.
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines, Git, IaC, and automated testing.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, and App Insights.

Preferred Skills

• Azure Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Developer Associate certifications.
