Description

Build and maintain backend services using C# and the .NET ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RESTful APIs with a focus on security and rate limiting.
• Build end-to-end applications from database design to the user interface.
• Implement asynchronous operations and multi-threading to handle long-running analysis.
• Manage data routing between instrumentation APIs and firmware APIs.
• Develop and optimize database schemas using SQL and Postgres.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET.
• Strong experience designing and building RESTful Web APIs.
• Proficiency with Postgres and SQL database design.
• Deep understanding of multi-threading, tasks, and asynchronous programming in C#.
• Experience with client-server programming models.
• Knowledge of Web API security and rate limiting implementations.
• Experience working with time series or Timescale databases.

Preferred Skills

• Solid grasp of software engineering principles and design patterns.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
