Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams through complex software development lifecycles.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges across the backend stack.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers to improve team technical proficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Implement DevOps principles and maintain system observability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in .NET Core and Java.
• Deep knowledge of Azure Functions and Azure API Management.
• Hands-on experience with MS-SQL Database and MongoDB.
• Proficiency with MuleSoft integration.
• Experience working within AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Practical understanding of DevOps tools and principles.
• Experience using Azure App Insights and New Relic for logging and monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
