Description

You will design, develop, and deploy features for cloud applications while maintaining legacy desktop software.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy new features and enhancements for cloud applications using .NET C#, Razor, Angular, and Microsoft SQL.
• Develop and deploy enhancements and fixes for VB Winforms desktop applications.
• Translate business requirements into functional code solutions.
• Participate in continuous iterative process improvements regarding design, implementation, and testing.
• Collaborate within an agile Scrum team to coordinate with technology teams and business partners.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing web-based applications in C# and the latest .NET framework.
• 2+ years of experience developing desktop applications in VB.NET.
• Strong Microsoft SQL skills.
• Experience with Razor or Angular.JS.
• Proficiency in software design patterns, implementation, unit testing, and debugging.
• Proven history of delivering large-scale web-based projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript, React, TypeScript, or Webpack.
• Experience migrating monolithic applications to distributed solutions.
