Description

You will build and maintain backend solutions and frontend applications within a regulated healthcare environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend solutions using .NET (C#) with a focus on HIPAA and healthcare compliance.
• Develop, document, and maintain RESTful APIs for third-party services, mobile platforms, and application integration.
• Build responsive frontends using React or Angular for patient-facing and care advocate applications.
• Deploy scalable solutions on Azure or AWS using cloud-native services like functions, messaging queues, and managed databases.
• Architect CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions to support infrastructure automation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in .NET and C#.
• Extensive experience building RESTful APIs.
• Frontend development experience with React or Angular.
• Cloud platform experience with Azure or AWS.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud-native services including functions, messaging queues, and storage.
• Experience working within HIPAA or similar regulatory frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
