Lead technical strategy and team delivery for .NET and Captiva implementations in large-scale environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of developers focused on .NET and Captiva technologies.
• Design technical strategies for large-scale programs across multiple operating systems and infrastructures.
• Implement deployment strategies using CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient delivery.
• Apply expertise across the full software development lifecycle to ensure resiliency and security.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Captiva.
• Extensive experience with .NET frameworks.
• 2+ years of technical management or team lead experience.
• Proven expertise in deployment strategy and CI/CD implementation.
• Strong understanding of Test Driven Development (TDD) and Cloud Development.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and React.
