Description

You will support the consulting team through project phases including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define requirement specifications from business needs and create detailed functional designs.
• Explore solution alternatives through literature surveys, vendor evaluations, and building Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Configure solution requirements on products, diagnose root-cause issues, and shortlist solution alternatives.
• Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions to clients.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver value-adding solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with .NET and .NET application development.
• Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and refine data.
• Knowledge of Support processes.
• Awareness of the latest technology trends.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively.
• Familiarity with at least one industry domain.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with technology solution delivery in a consulting context.
