Description

Build and maintain scalable microservices-based applications within a distributed architecture.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable microservices using C#, .NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.
• Implement event-driven architecture and messaging systems using Kafka.
• Develop and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes clusters.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including query optimization and performance tuning.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain architecture documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience with Kafka for messaging and event-driven systems.
• Proficiency in containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Expertise in SQL Server, including database design and performance tuning.
• Experience with Git and collaborative version control.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Background in the finance or investment banking domain.
• Certifications in .NET or Kubernetes.
