Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of .NET Core applications while mentoring a team of developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team through the full lifecycle of designing, testing, and deploying .NET Core applications.
• Architect scalable solutions and conduct code reviews to maintain quality and performance standards.
• Collaborate with architects and product managers to define project scope and gather requirements.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers to help them meet project objectives.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET Core.
• Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework Core.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and development best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership experience or the ability to lead a development team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Angular or React frameworks.
