Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design, development, testing, and deployment of web applications.
  • Manage a team through task assignment, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain application architecture diagrams and technical design documents.
  • Enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and best practices.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of software development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience leading a team of developers.
  • Expertise in .NET Core and React.
  • Proficiency with SQL Server.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with automated testing and code reviews.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
