Description
Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of web applications using .NET Core and React while managing a team of developers.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design, development, testing, and deployment of web applications.
- Manage a team through task assignment, mentoring, and performance management.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain application architecture diagrams and technical design documents.
- Enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and best practices.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading a team of developers.
- Expertise in .NET Core and React.
- Proficiency with SQL Server.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with automated testing and code reviews.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
