Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of .Net Core applications while mentoring the engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and define system features and functionality.
• Design and build efficient, reusable .Net code using established best practices.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, recommending solutions by evaluating custom development options.
• Troubleshoot development and production issues across multiple environments and operating platforms.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle, from design and validation to support.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of relevant .Net experience with team handling responsibilities.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, WPF, WCF, and Entity Framework.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of design patterns, OOP, and OOD principles.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server or Oracle, including schema design and query optimization.
• Proficiency in GIT and version control systems.
• Experience implementing automated testing platforms using MSTest, NUnit, Jasmine, Karma, or Cucumber.
• Ability to communicate effectively with remote teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with both external and embedded databases.
• High flexibility to travel as required.
