Develop and maintain scalable applications using .NET, SQL, and React.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using .NET, SQL, and React.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Optimize database design and application performance while ensuring security and coding best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
• Lead or mentor junior developers and support existing applications through troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of industry experience in application development.
• Expertise in .NET, SQL, and React.
• 3–5 years of client-facing or on-site experience in similar technology and domains.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and design patterns.
• Proven ability in database design and performance optimization.
• Experience building responsive and dynamic user interfaces with React.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
• Experience with AWS, COBOL, or technical leadership.
