Description

You will build and integrate AI features, including LLMs and RAG, into .NET applications for the financial sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI integration patterns such as prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-based workflows.
• Implement guardrails for AI systems within regulated financial environments.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver AI features from concept to production.
• Adopt new AI frameworks and tools quickly to iterate on solutions.
• Ensure robust implementation of AI components using .NET technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET development.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies.
• Practical knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.
• Ability to design and implement agent-based workflows.
• Experience working in regulated environments, preferably financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with prompt engineering techniques.
• Familiarity with financial domain constraints and compliance.
