Description

Build and maintain n-tier web applications using .NET and OutSystems in a compliance-heavy environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio.
• Design and implement Oracle database structures using PL/SQL.
• Integrate services using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Build web components incorporating AI/ML capabilities.
• Manage application maintenance involving HIPAA PHI and HL7 Transformation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in C# and/or ASP.NET development.
• 7+ years of experience with HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS.
• 7+ years of experience in Oracle database design and PL/SQL coding.
• 7+ years of experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) integration.
• 5+ years of experience using OutSystems for n-tier web deployment.
• 5+ years of experience developing applications following WCAG 2.0.
• 3+ years of experience implementing AI/ML for web application components.
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing CI/CD workflows.
• 3+ years of experience maintaining applications with HIPAA PHI and HL7 Transformation.
