Description

Lead complex technical projects and application development as a Level III developer.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts for complex n-tier web applications.
• Analyze business requirements to implement application logic.
• Design and implement microservices and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Develop secure .NET web services using WCF, SOAP/RESTful APIs, and message queue processing.
• Manage database design and PL/SQL coding within Oracle environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working on complex projects.
• 2+ years in a leadership role as a developer.
• 7 years of experience using Microsoft Visual Studio with C# and ASP.NET.
• 7 years of experience with HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS.
• 7 years of experience with Oracle database design, PL/SQL, stored procedures, packages, indexes, and triggers.
• 7 years of experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Enterprise Service Bus integration.
• 4 years of experience developing applications with MVC 5 or later.
• 2 years of experience designing and implementing CI/CD workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years of experience in health and human services, specifically Integrated Eligibility System programs.
