Description

You will lead development efforts, mentor engineers, and drive technical direction for .NET-based solutions on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developers, setting coding standards and ensuring delivery quality.
• Act as Scrum Master by facilitating ceremonies, removing blockers, and maintaining team velocity.
• Drive technical direction, ensuring implementation aligns with architecture and best practices.
• Design and develop POCs to validate approaches and de-risk delivery.
• Prepare and present solution options, tradeoffs, and recommendations to governance bodies.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on development experience with .NET.
• Experience with IBM FileNet.
• Strong database experience with Oracle.
• Experience building and operating solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS), including RDS.
• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong communication skills, including technical storytelling and executive-ready presentations.
