Develop end-to-end software solutions using the .NET stack and GIS technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design program specifications and implement full lifecycle software solutions.
• Manage data access, structures, and manipulation across multiple environments.
• Perform software conversions, testing, and production implementation.
• Create technical and user documentation for all developed systems.
• Execute data analysis and database management tasks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development and programming.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and ADO.NET.
• Experience with ArcGIS, ArcGIS Desktop, and ArcGIS Online.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework and LINQ.
• Competency in HTML5, AJAX, jQuery, and OpenLayers.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and Web Services.
• Familiarity with WPF, WCF, and MVC frameworks.
• Knowledge of SSIS and GIS mapping.
