Description

You will design, develop, and maintain custom document content management solutions, specifically focusing on electronic image handling for IBM FileNet and Docfinity. Your work includes building web services that interface with internal systems and ensuring backend stability in Oracle and SQL Server databases. You will troubleshoot errors in the Microsoft .NET framework, assist with upgrade planning, patching, and maintenance tasks. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to support the scanning and importing of images and files into the Content Management Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications for document content management using the Microsoft .NET framework.
• Maintain and optimize back-end solutions in Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve errors related to custom document content management solutions.
• Plan and execute upgrades, patching, and maintenance to keep systems modernized.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage data ingestion and system integration.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft .NET Framework.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with relational databases, specifically Oracle and SQL Server.
• Working experience with IBM P8 FileNet.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or High School diploma/GED with 5+ years of .NET experience).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and systems.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
