Core Responsibilities

• Develop application specifications: Analyze and assist in the development of application specifications
• Design, build and maintain Reports: Design, build and maintain Crystal Reports, Widgets, Forms, Power Apps and .NET applications/services.  Heavy sql development and extensive use of Crystal Reporting.
• Analyze customers’ information needs: Analyzes customers’ information needs, business problems and business opportunities and assist in determining the most efficient and effective systems/programming solutions.
• IT subject matter expert: Function as the IT subject matter expert for the assigned applicant areas.
• IT development support: Provide an IT development support role for assigned tasks.  Maintain, support, and upgrade existing systems and applications needed to keep the department’s software solutions running. 
• Teamwork: Work within a team environment in both a lead and subordinate position depending on the various project’s scope.
• Application Development: Ensure quality development and operation of assigned tasks. Design, maintain and code programs using DBHDD standard programming languages.  Codes, compiles, debugs, documents, and implements computer programs to meet specific business needs and requirements
