Description

You will design, develop, and maintain custom applications for the DOR Content Management Solutions, specifically interfacing with IBM FileNet or Docfinity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support web services that interface with various internal DOR systems.
• Build and maintain back-end solutions using Oracle and/or SQL Server databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve errors in custom document content management solutions coded in the Microsoft .NET framework.
• Plan and execute upgrades, patching, and maintenance tasks to keep content management solutions current.
• Collaborate with internal application teams handling image and file scanning/importing into the CMS.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft .NET Frameworks.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with relational databases, specifically SQL Server and/or Oracle.
• Hands-on working experience with IBM P8 FileNet.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field; alternatively, a High School diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with quick adaptation to new technologies.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
