Description

You will design and develop real-time transaction processing systems with end-to-end latency requirements below 300 milliseconds.

Responsibilities

• Build highly resilient, scalable architectures that enrich transactions from 10+ on-premises and cloud-based data sources.
• Develop event-driven streaming solutions using Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, and Kong API Gateway.
• Create real-time integrations using AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, Amazon EventBridge, and HVR.
• Design, build, and consume high-performance REST APIs using .NET/.NET Core.
• Implement resilient messaging, monitoring, and fault-tolerant patterns while optimizing system performance for strict SLAs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience building real-time distributed systems.
• Proven track record delivering transaction round-trip times under 300 milliseconds.
• Deep expertise with Apache Kafka (topic design, consumer groups, stream processing, custom business logic).
• Experience with Apache Flink (stateful stream processing, event-time processing, windowing).
• Proficiency in .NET, .NET Core, and C# for building microservices and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Kong API Gateway.
• Strong knowledge of AWS technologies: AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, and Amazon EventBridge.
• Experience integrating on-premises and cloud platforms using HVR (High Volume Replication/Fivetran).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in payments, fintech, banking, fraud prevention, or risk management systems.
• Background in IP reputation, risk analysis, and integrating threat intelligence or geolocation services.

Bachelor's degree required.
