Description

You will manage the full development life cycle from requirements gathering through to production release.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development of front-end web applications and back-end processing systems.
• Convert business requirements into technical documentation using UML diagrams.
• Research, evaluate, and prototype new methodologies and prepare proofs-of-concept.
• Conduct peer reviews and enforce secure coding guidelines and design patterns.
• Assist leadership in defining project scope, identifying risks, and defining mitigation plans.

Required Skills

• 3-7 years of experience in software development.
• Strong Object-Oriented Programming skills and design patterns using C#.
• In-depth knowledge of the .NET framework.
• Proficiency with .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, and Entity Framework.
• Experience with SQL and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience using Visual Studio.
• Ability to implement backend processing systems and web applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills for setting expectations and team coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PowerShell, AJAX, Web Services, or Web API.
• Web client-side development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, or Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with NodeJS, J2EE, or equivalent frameworks.
