Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using the Microsoft .NET framework for core financial applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality, maintainable software solutions using C#, .NET, WCF, and WPF based on business requirements.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Write clean, efficient code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in existing applications to ensure optimal performance and stability.
• Design and implement database schemas and queries using SQL Server to support application functionality.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in C#, WCF, and WPF.
• Strong fundamentals in Core Programming and Object-Oriented Design.
• Deep understanding of .NET fundamentals and threading concepts.
• Experience with .NET version 3.5 and above.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, or Sybase (SQL & T-SQL/PL SQL), with optimization experience as a plus.
• Experience in high-level and low-level design using UML and Design Patterns.
• Experience creating and executing unit tests using a test-driven approach with MbUnit or NUnit.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience with Thunderhead, SilverLight, or the Reactive Extension framework.
• Investment Banking domain experience.
