Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Expert proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, WinForms, and WPF.
• Advanced skills in SQL, T-SQL, SQL Server, and Database Design.
• Advanced experience with Web Services, REST, SOAP, and API Development.
• Proficiency in Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD).
• Strong skills in Critical Thinking and Root Cause Analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Team Building and effective Communication.
