Description

You will design and develop Windows console applications, services, and web applications using the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Windows services, web applications, and desktop applications using C# and .NET.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance analysis on applications and databases to resolve bottlenecks.
• Formulate system scope and objectives through research to develop or modify complex information systems.
• Create technical documentation and artifacts using Microsoft Visio and Office.
• Execute all phases of the SDLC, including analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in web development and Windows desktop applications using C#/.NET with Windows Forms and WPF.
• 5+ years of experience in database design and developing stored procedures using SQL Server 2014/2016/2019.
• Proficiency with VB.Net, PowerShell, JavaScript, and SQL Server 2019.
• Experience with Angular front-end framework.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented (OO) design concepts and data structures.
• Experience with Gitlab for versioning and release management.
• Proven ability to work within Agile/Scrum and traditional Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to interpret complex business requirements and encapsulate logic into reusable libraries.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience converting legacy systems from VB6 to C#.
• Knowledge of healthcare messaging standards such as HL7.
• Experience with Azure or AWS.
