Description

You will configure and develop the FASTDS-VS® COTS application and its subsystems, providing end-to-end support from requirement analysis through production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirement gathering, analysis, and application configuration tasks for subsystems.
• Manage reference table configurations and user access permissions.
• Develop application changes, write scripts, and debug software issues.
• Execute application testing, manage source control, and prepare implementation specifications.
• Provide ongoing production application support.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in application development and support.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented development using .Net, Java, or C.
• Experience writing SQL queries and working knowledge of SQL Server.
• Understanding of traditional and Agile software development methodologies.
• Knowledge of software development standards and coding best practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Visual Basic .NET.
