Description

You will own application support and operational file processing, ensuring smooth execution of scheduled jobs and data workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational steps following established runbooks to support file processing.
• Manage and execute jobs manually using CTRL+M for scheduling and orchestration.
• Debug applications by analyzing error messages and routing issues to the appropriate teams.
• Perform SQL querying and work with packages to support data operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with CTRL+M for job scheduling and manual execution.
• Strong SQL skills, including querying and working with packages.
• Fundamentals in .NET development.
• Basic Python scripting knowledge or a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to interpret error messages for troubleshooting and escalation.

Preferred Skills

• Develop subject matter expertise in application workflows over time.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
