Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions, conversational agents, and automation workflows using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio, and Generative AI technologies.

Build and integrate AI capabilities with Dynamics 365, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and external data sources to enhance customer and business processes.

Develop and customize Dynamics 365 applications, including plug-ins, workflows, business process flows, forms, dashboards, and Power Apps solutions.

Create and maintain integrations using Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Web APIs, and other Microsoft platform technologies.

Troubleshoot, optimize, and support AI models, CRM applications, and automation solutions while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and deliver Agile-based AI and CRM solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

3–5 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, or intelligent automation solutions.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Generative AI, Power Apps, C#, JavaScript, and AI-driven application development.

Strong expertise in AI integrations, prompt engineering, Azure OpenAI/Cognitive Services, workflow automation, and developing intelligent business solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem
