Description

You provide expert-level support for business-critical applications built on the .NET framework using C sharp.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the escalation point for complex issues related to .NET and C sharp applications.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production incidents.
• Proactively monitor application performance and stability.
• Support application deployments and ensure minimal business disruption.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for critical production systems.

Required Skills

• 7 to 10+ years of relevant experience in application support or integration roles.
• Deep expertise in .NET Framework and C sharp.
• Strong debugging and incident resolution skills for .NET applications.
• Experience with SQL databases and system architecture.
• Proficiency in system monitoring and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with deployment processes and release management.
• Experience with documentation and knowledge base creation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
