Description

You will own the full software development lifecycle for large, maintainable .NET features, from complex problem-solving to secure, high-quality releases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large, clean, and maintainable features while resolving complex end-to-end issues.
• Define new technical approaches and recommend business solutions by evaluating build-versus-buy options.
• Lead code reviews with emphasis on non-functional requirements, security best practices, and architectural principles.
• Create and maintain automated test strategies, including TDD, to ensure quality and support QA teams.
• Research new technologies and present proposals to management to reduce costs or improve processing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in agile environments.
• Expertise in .NET, .NET Core, .NET Standard, C#, and VB.NET.
• Full-stack proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS, and Angular.io.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and cloud infrastructure, specifically Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Containers, Docker, Kubernetes (AKS, OpenShift).
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Travis, CircleCI) and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with Git or BitBucket for version control, branching, and merging.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and SSDLC procedures.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project planning and software development.
