Description

You will build and maintain enterprise-class systems using multi-tier architecture and SOA design. You own the full lifecycle of .NET web applications, from backend services to front-end interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop .NET web applications using MVC, Web Forms, and .NET Core.
• Build and consume REST APIs and WCF services within high-availability clustered environments.
• Implement front-end interfaces using React.js, Angular.js, and jQuery.
• Develop data-driven solutions utilizing Entity Framework, ADO.NET, and SQL.
• Work within an Agile development environment to deliver software updates.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, and CSS.
• Extensive experience with .NET Framework (3.5+), .NET Core, WPF, WCF, and WF.
• Strong knowledge of Design Patterns and SOA design.
• Expertise in SQL and relational data management.
• Experience with Entity Framework and ADO.NET / WCF Data Services.
• Ability to work with multi-tier enterprise architectures.
• Understanding of data warehouse concepts, data-marts, and MDM.

Preferred Skills

• Custom development with Microsoft SharePoint, BizTalk, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, MDM, or DQS.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry.
