Description

You will design, code, and test financial software applications within an MIS Tech environment using the .NET/C# stack.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance web applications based on service-oriented architecture, covering UI, services, and databases.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to define technical direction and meet development deliverables.
• Evaluate functional requirements for new requests and provide accurate effort estimations.
• Support production applications by leading incident resolution, root cause analysis, and code defect fixes.
• Participate in design, architecture, and code reviews within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience with .NET, C#, and SOAP/REST web services.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented design and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of SCM tools such as Subversion, Bit Bucket, or GitHub.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
• Ability to work with globally dispersed, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java and Microservices design patterns.
• Familiarity with application containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
