Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core applications with a focus on complex algorithmic systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and support algorithm-heavy systems ensuring correctness and performance.
• Translate business requirements into precise, maintainable code using OOP and SOLID principles.
• Collaborate with the Sydney-based business to support and execute testing of changes.
• Handle end-to-end development responsibilities within an agile environment.
• Apply strong engineering judgement and actively learn financial domain knowledge.

Required Skills

• 3–10 years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
• Excellent understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques.
• Experience or strong interest in algorithm-driven or computation-intensive applications.
• Ability to bridge business language and technical implementation with clear communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with repo products, secured funding, or lending in the financial services domain.
