Description

You will lead technical development and mentor an offshore team while maintaining approximately 30 applications. This role balances hands-on C# development with architectural design and production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an offshore team by designing technical specifications and conducting code reviews.
• Manage the full lifecycle of ~30 applications, including new development, enhancements, and production support.
• Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional designs.
• Maintain and migrate legacy systems, including Windows applications and Web Forms.
• Balance hands-on C# development with architectural reviews and application management.

Required Skills

• 5-8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET stack.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC and Web APIs (REST).
• Solid SQL Server skills, including reviewing stored procedures and supervising table design.
• Working knowledge of WCF (Windows Communication Foundation).
• Experience maintaining Windows-based applications.
• Basic JavaScript skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET Core.
• Knowledge of Angular, jQuery, or ASP.NET Web Forms.
• Experience with WinForms.
