Description

You will lead full-stack development and solution architecture for scalable web applications, integrating modern AI-assisted engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, architecture decisions, and coding across .NET, C#, and Angular stacks.
• Develop and maintain high-performance interfaces and backend services using ASP.NET MVC, SQL, and Azure.
• Drive AI-assisted development by applying Prompt Engineering for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and documentation.
• Oversee unit, integration, and system testing to ensure conformance to technical specifications.
• Provide third-line production support, conducting root cause analysis for critical incidents.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong expertise in .NET, C#, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS.
• Extensive experience with SQL database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing cloud-based applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Proven ability in solution architecture, code reviews, and technical leadership.
• Practical application of Prompt Engineering techniques to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, security best practices, and scalable system design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience establishing responsible and secure usage standards for AI coding tools within the development lifecycle.
• Ability to mentor team members in resolution approaches and modern development practices.
